We were founded in 1981 as IFUA Institut für Unternehmensanalysen and renamed Horváth & Partners in 1989. In 2021, we shortened our brand name to Horváth – short and to the point. Our eponymous founder, Prof. Dr. Dr. hc mult. Péter Horváth is considered one of the pioneers of controlling in Germany.
We are currently represented at 19 locations in ten European countries, in the USA and in the Middle East. Horváth AG, the management holding company of the corporate group, is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the various Horváth companies. In line with our partnership-based self-perception, top management positions are filled from the partnership.
