Our consulting approach offers flexibility between working at customer sites, remotely, from home, and in the office. We generally follow a 2-2-1 schedule: at least two days at the customer site, up to two days remote or at home, and one day at one of our office locations. Employees in corporate functions typically work at least two days in the office.
