You can expect a working culture with us in which your career depends on results and not on attendance. If spontaneous situations and events mean you need to be unavailable at certain times for a while, or if you need to make your working hours more flexible, we will find a suitable solution together and without complications.

Our consulting approach offers flexibility between work at customer sites, remote and home office work and office days. We generally work to a 2-2-1 schedule: At least two days at the customer site, up to two days remote or at home and one day at one of our office locations. Employees responsible for corporate functions usually work at least two days out of the office.

Determine your own office location within your national subsidiary. Our New Work concept also includes home office and remote work solutions.

In addition to our modern workstations at our offices, all permanent Horváth employees receive a laptop and an iPhone. You can also use your smartphone privately at no extra cost.

We offer 30 days of vacation plus the flexibility to take up to 10 days of special leave each year, either as unpaid leave or through salary conversion. In addition, we offer a variety of individual arrangements for personal work-life balance including part-time models, full and zero working hours and longer sabbaticals.

We are offering working from abroad for a limited time of 4 weeks (28 days) with only few conditions.

The Horváth Business School was exclusively designed by our experts to impart professional and specific industry know-how. The hybrid format offers the ideal opportunity to develop your skills in a targeted manner and network within the company according to your level of experience.

You can supplement our wide range of training courses with additional courses in external education market. Your manager and our Learning and Development team can help to identify your individual needs and find the right training for you. 

Our roots are in science, and it goes without saying that we will help support your academic development - financially and with appropriate leave of absence. We support employees pursuing a master's degree, an MBA or a PHD.

We work with a specialised provider to provide access to a wide range support services for all situations in life: from finding domestic help and care services for children and relatives in need to crisis counselling and preventive healthcare.

The Parents@Horváth initiative offers a forum that specifically caters to the needs related to parenthood. The network creates opportunities to network with other parents, receive information on parental leave or flexible working time models and to get valuable input on everyday family life.

You can lease up to two (e-)bikes from us at attractive conditions, either to get to work or to use in your free time.

From the Managing Consultant level upwards, we offer an attractive company car leasing scheme. Our Green Car Policy subsidizes the switch to electric and hybrid vehicles, including a wall box for your garage at home.        

You can use your Deutsche Bahn company rail card privately for comfortable and green travel.

In Germany, we offer discounted memberships with our cooperation partner EGYM Wellpass. This can be used by our employees as well as their family members. EGYM Wellpass offers a choice of over 5,000 associated partners to help you find the right physical sports program, be it a fitness course, yoga, swimming or climbing.
