Our Accounting service unit prepares, manages and consolidates the annual financial statements of all national and international subsidiaries of the Horváth Group. Additional responsibilities include overseeing accounting and financial reporting, an audit of all domestic and international tax-related matters and ensuring timely processing of payments.

Our Controlling team acts as a central service area for planning and reporting, with a focus on project, sales, and group controlling. The team provides commercial project management support to establish a robust structure for the dynamic project operations of our consultants.

Our People team integrates Recruiting, Campus Marketing, Employer Branding, HR Services, and Learning & Development, driving these areas forward with great dedication. Additionally, our People Business Partners act as trusted advisors, supporting managers in all HR-related matters.

Our Office Management is the heart of our offices. Acting as the central point of contact, the team ensures that our offices are vibrant, and that colleagues and visitors feel at home. Key responsibilities include coordinating meeting and conference rooms, managing facilities, and overseeing general office organization. Additionally, the team plans and organizes internal events, contributing significantly to seamless operations and a welcoming work environment.

Payroll Accounting
The Payroll Accounting team manages payroll for all Horváth Group companies and serves as a point of contact for employees, interns, working students, temporary staff, and trainees. Additionally, the team handles a variety of tasks at the intersection of Accounting, Controlling, and HR.

Fleet Management
The Fleet Management team oversees all matters related to our company fleet in the DACH region and acts as the primary contact for employees with company cars. With a focus on the company’s CO2 footprint, the team drives the ongoing development of our green car policy to promote sustainable mobility.

The Research & Knowledge Services team supports our consulting teams with all aspects of knowledge management and research.

Research handles consulting-related inquiries across various sectors and topics and oversees studies.

Knowledge management provides the technical infrastructure to facilitate consulting processes with internal organizational knowledge. It fosters knowledge sharing within the company and supports the development of new and innovative ideas.

Our Marketing, Communications & Sales team ensures a professional corporate presence aligned with our brand.

In addition to planning, measuring, and monitoring all marketing activities, the team supports sales-related processes and measures such as account management, direct sales, lead management, and proposal management. The team is also responsible for media and presentation design, public relations, and coordinating our online channels.

The Service Operations & Legal team supports our consulting colleagues in their daily work.

This includes drafting and reviewing contracts with clients and suppliers, as well as coordinating cooperation with our external employees. The team also provides tools and methodologies for consultants' daily project work and offers advice on data protection and legal matters.
