For over 90 % of the participants, digital transformation is an important or very important factor to ensure mid- and long-term growth – making it the top priority for 2024, before cost optimization, cyber security and people-driven topics.
Companies with high revenue and EBIT growth allocate a larger portion of their board meeting discussions to top-line improvement.
For 89 % of participants, customer centricity is very important or important in order to remain competitive. This top lever is followed by operational excellence and speed & agility.
