The pace of this revolution is astonishing. In the global race, Europe must keep up with the USA and China. The idea from Handelsblatt—a leading European media group and the initiator of TECH—to create a new platform for top executives immediately resonated with us. As an innovative management consultancy specialized in transformation, performance management, and digitalization, it was an easy decision for us to actively shape this format as a strategic partner. 

Helmut Ahr: In the main program, we are presenting a keynote speech followed by a panel discussion on "Embracing the Disruptive - Executive Decisions Empowered by Data & AI". Additionally, we are offering a master class focusing on success stories from corporate practice. We will also seize the unique opportunity to engage and network with innovative players in deep tech and AI. 

Helmut Ahr: The technological megatrends discussed at the TECH are both a challenge and an opportunity for our clients. One example: car manufacturers and mechanical engineering companies are evolving into software companies. Technology is becoming a key differentiator, significantly impacting business models, products, and supply chains. This places enormous demands on top management. Moreover, management itself and the way in which decisions are made are undergoing a major transformation.

AI and deep tech are paving the way for a new era of corporate management and decision support. In the future, strategic and operational challenges will be increasingly and pivotally shaped by AI, data, and deep tech: How will customer demands evolve? When, where, and how often will specific services or products be needed? What market information and trends can I integrate into my product development early on? How do I manage my innovation portfolio? How do I make my supply chain more flexible? All of this requires real-time analysis of internal and external data and corresponding decision support through AI.

Helmut Ahr: We are already approaching the final stage of the “Road to TECH.” The initial steps included e.g. the Handelsblatt AI Summit and the international Web Summit in Lisbon in November 2024. We also participated in a TECH session at the Handelsblatt Industry Summit in December.
