Emese Weissenbacher has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of Horváth AG, the holding company of the fast-growing international management consultancy of the same name. She is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice Presidentat the filter technology group MANN+HUMMEL and will supplement the Horváth Supervisory Board as of September 28, 2022.

Emese Weissenbacher has been appointed to CFO at MANN+HUMMEL in 2015 and to Executive Vice President in 2020. She startet working at the Ludwigsburg-based filter technology group as a controller in 1994 after completing her business administration studies and has since had an impressive career spanning various areas of the company. She has twice been voted CFO of the Month by the FINANCE editorial team, most recently in August 2022 in the context of green finance.
Emese Weissenbacher is involved in the "Spitzenfrauen Baden-Württemberg" network, which works to increase the proportion of women in management and leadership positions. As a mentor, the Hungarian national actively supports women in planning their careers. Emese Weissenbacher is married and has two adult children.
