Supplier Portal

In order to process your invoice, the following information must be included on the invoice. We kindly ask for your understanding that we have to send invoices with missing information back to you.

• Full name and/or company name and address
• Horváth as beneficiary
• Horváth project number
• Horváth purchase order number
• Scope, type of service and period
• Date of issue
• Invoice number
• The tax number or your VAT ID as well as the full bank details
• Horváth´s billing address (found in your contract)

The terms of payment correspond to the regulation from your contract. If performance records were agreed as part of your contract, these must be signed by the Horváth project manager and attached to the respective invoice(s).

• Your time recording is done directly in SAP S/4HANA
• Once Horváth’s IT has activated your access to SAP S/4HANA, you will receive an automated email from SAP S/4HANA.
• If you have not received an activation email, please also check your SPAM folder and contact purchasing@horvath-partners.com
• You access and operate the SAP S/4HANA system independently
• It is your responsibility to create the timesheet on a weekly basis
• Your time recording is approved by the responsible Horváth project manager directly in the S/4HANA system.

• In the event of a data protection breach, action must be taken as quickly as possible
• Examples of possible data protection breaches: Disclosure, falsification or loss of personal data, loss or theft of data media (USB stick, CD, laptop, external hard drive, mobile phone), loss or theft of bags or folders, sending emails to wrong recipients, hacker or cyber attacks
• If personal data is lost, the responsible Horváth project manager must be informed immediately so that the necessary measures can be initiated as quickly as possible.

• In the event of a data protection breach, immediately send an email to: datenschutz@horvath-partners.com

It is an important element of our culture that concerns and questions are addressed openly.
